Before and after amputation

Sometimes what we think of ourselves before our amputation and what we think of ourselves after our amputation can differ. Sometimes we can think less of ourselves because a piece of us is gone.

Let’s talk about it and things that we can do to rebuild self-confidence and understand we were worthy before and we’re still worthy now.

If you have any tips and tricks to help out another person living with limb loss then please share them.
